What a mood I’ve been in. Someone close to me said I was in ‘mean mode’.
Step back
Breath
Look around you
Cut out the toxicity in your life as best you can
Go back to step one
Repeat.
Say ‘Thank You’ to whatever ‘Higher Power’ you believe in. If you don’t believe in a higher power, say thank you that you have so many wonderful things in your life. Yes, we all have bad things, too. Accentuate the good. Address the bad. Eliminate the toxic or the potentially toxic. Take action.
Sigh in relief.
Self-seeking will slip away. (when???)
